Terms of service

These terms apply when you use this website or buy from SUMMIT. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

When you place an order we'll email you to confirm we've received it. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price was shown incorrectly; if we do, we'll refund anything you've paid.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Standard UK delivery is free. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Made-to-order products

Every print is produced for you by our print partner after you order. Colours can vary slightly between screens and the printed product, and frames are made from natural materials with small natural variations.

Cancellations, returns and faults

Your right to cancel and our promise on damaged or faulty items are set out in our return and refund policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Artwork and content

All artwork, photography and text on this website belong to SUMMIT or its licensors. Buying a print lets you display it; it doesn't give you the right to copy, reproduce or resell the artwork.

Liability

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We aren't responsible for business losses or for loss or damage that wasn't foreseeable. We don't exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Changes and law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page when you order applies to your order. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
