Returns and refunds

Every SUMMIT print is made to order for you by our print partner.

Your right to cancel

If you live in the UK, you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Tell us through our contact page within those 14 days, then send the print back in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of telling us. We'll refund the price of the item and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving it back. Unless the item is faulty, you pay for return postage.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders

If your print arrives damaged or faulty, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, and you won't need to send the item back.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few days to show the refund.

This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights.
